†Not for AHPRA-registered practitioners. AHPRA's shared Code of conduct requires practitioners not to “ask for or accept any inducement, gift or hospitality” that “may affect or be seen to affect the way you prescribe for, treat or refer patients”. Your link still carries their $50.

Nothing. No fee, no minimum, no lock-in. Leave whenever you like.
Anyone with clients or a community who'd benefit: hairdressers, trainers, therapists, clinics, studios.
They're valid for two years from the day they're granted. They stack, and there's no cap.
Spend it on anything at VitalYOU, or take it as an eGift card to spend anywhere. Credit is yours from the day it lands; eGift cards are issued at the end of each month.
No, and that's deliberate. Activity is dated and anonymous, because someone starting a health program is health information.
The credit is for new patients. An existing patient opening your link isn't re-attributed.
