Not sure which program fits?

+

Start with the problem that bothers you most. Every program begins with blood work and a doctor consultation.

Why do the targeted programs check eligibility first?

+

Each targeted program starts with a short set of questions. They make sure the program is genuinely right for you before you pay.

My GP already said my bloods were normal. How is this different?

+

Normal usually means nothing alarming, and that matters. But a standard panel is built to rule out disease, not to explain why you feel the way you do. We look wider, and a doctor reads where you sit within those ranges against how you actually feel. Plenty of people sit in the normal band and still wake up exhausted. That gap is exactly what we look for.

What happens after I book?

+

You’ll receive a pathology referral for a fasting blood draw at a local collection centre. Results are typically back within three business days. Your doctor reviews everything before your consultation.

Is the consultation telehealth or in person?

+

Telehealth, Australia-wide. The comprehensive consultation is also available in person in Byron Bay.

Do I need to fast before the blood draw?

+

Yes. A fasting blood draw is required.

Can I claim this on Medicare or private health insurance?

+

No. VitalYOU’s programs are private services and are not covered by Medicare or private health insurance.

Does VitalYOU replace my GP?

+

No. Your GP manages disease, acute care, and general health. VitalYOU investigates the biological systems that drive how you feel day to day. The two work alongside each other.

What’s your cancellation policy?

+

You can cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. If your blood draw hasn’t been completed, you’ll receive a full refund. If your blood work has already been processed, the assessment fee is non-refundable as pathology costs have been incurred. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
